Anonymous usage:When you play without signing in, we store a random identifier in your browser's localStorage to track session stats locally. If you choose to persist sessions to our server, this identifier is sent alongside gameplay data (room played, objects destroyed, score, duration).
Account data: If you sign in via Clerk, we store your Clerk user ID and associate it with your session data. We do not store your email, name, or profile photo in our database — Clerk handles that.
Analytics: We use PostHog for anonymous product analytics (page views, feature usage). No personally identifiable information is sent to PostHog.
Gameplay data powers your personal stats (streaks, milestones, session history) and challenge links you share. We may use aggregate, anonymized data to improve the product.
Session data is stored in Neon (PostgreSQL) hosted in the US. Authentication is handled by Clerk. Your browser's localStorage is the primary data store — the server is secondary.
You can clear your local data at any time by clearing your browser storage. To request deletion of server-side data, email privacy@rageroom.ai.
We use essential cookies for authentication (Clerk session). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
